The villas can be tailored to suit buyers wishes, although unless specified, they will have a minimum of three bedrooms. interior details
The look and feel of the interiors is very 'zen'. Low on colour and fuss, super-high on style, form and texture.

The properties will be finished 'ready to move into', although movable furniture is not included in the price. Bangkok is a fabulous place to shop for furniture and homeware, and Samui now has several high end furniture shops. Gardens will be landscaped and swimming pools ready for swimming!
