Big Buddha Bay, Koh Samui, Thailand.
The project land is on terraced levels, on the very top of a hillside which overlooks the picturesque and much sought after Big Buddha statue and bay. Each plot offers a clear view of the ocean from east to west and also smaller tropical islands out in the Gulf of Thailand . The nearest village is Bophut, which is very hip and bohemian, and full of trendy, high-end harbour side restaurants, shops and bars.

The entire corner of the island where this project is being developed has been declared a 'Green Zone' by the Thai Government. This means that no buildings over three storeys can be built in the area, large properties cannot be built on or near the beachfront and planning permission grants will be more tightly controlled. This zoning also affects commercial buildings usage, in this case ensuring that no tacky discotheques or late night clubs will be opening in this neighbourhood.
