Payment Schedule

$10,000 usd      reservation fee (refundable subject to due diligence) *

40%                  on signing the contracts after satisfactory due diligence

25%                  on completion of concrete works

25%                  on completion of the following

  2. Suspended ceiling installed
  3. Marble floors installed
  4. Plumbing and Electrical conduit installed

If you would like to view Sea Sentosa, you are requested to highlight your favourite property which will be held for you for 14 days – you will then be whisked VIP style to Bali - Sea Sentosa will pay for the airfares and accommodation at Sentosa Villas which will be complimentary if you decide to join the project. Should you decide not to proceed, the cost will be deducted from your reservation fee before the balance is refunded.
