A deposit of just $1500 usd is required to secure a property off the market for 45 days giving you ample time for further research, a review of the contracts or even at lunch or an overnight stay at Sahaja and Sawah. After the 45 day due diligence period is up, we would politely ask that you complete the purchase of the villa or we will release the villa back to market. Extended or special payment terms are available so please get in touch and we will gladly work with you make your villa purchase as smooth and easy as possible.
Inspection Trips
If you have placed a deposit on a property you are welcome to have a complimentary two night stay at Sahaja and Sawah including a welcome Balinese lunch or dinner and a 20% discount off all F&B.
Rental and Management
Sahaja and Sawah is professionally managed as a boutique resort with owners recieving 60% of all rental proceeds into the resort. Yield of between 7 and 9% a year are projected.

Maintenance
The maintenance fees is 100 euro per month payable anually. This includes 24 hour security, lighting of common areas, garbage collection, gardening, pool cleaning, onsite staff at all times.

The tenure of these villas is freehold and foreigners are able to purchase freehold using a watertight legal structure - please ask for full information on this if you have any queries
