Pricing 

The amazing Club Suites at Beach Republic come fully furnished and are priced at just 6,150,000 THB circa $195,000 USD.

Payment Schedule

$2000   reservation fee (fully refundable for the 30 day review and research period)
Balance on signing the sales & purchase agreement * 
* your rental yield and owner privileges will start right away

OPTION 2  
$2000 reservation fee (fully refundable for the 30 day review and research period)
50% on signing the sales & purchase agreement
50%  in 3 months of signing the sales & purchase agreement **

OPTION 3   
$2000 reservation fee (fully refundable for the 30 day review and research period)
50%  on signing the sales and purchase agreement
25%    in 3 months of signing the sales & purchase agreement

Rental Return

Owners Use

Owners may use their properties for up to 30 days every year and can pass on any of their unused days to friends or relatives.

Maintenance Fees
 

The guaranteed rental return is net of any maintenance fees – these costs are bourne by the management company.
