Payment schedule

£1,000      fully refundable reservation fee (followed by 30 day due diligence period)

30%         on signing of Sales and Purchase Agreement (less reservation fee paid)

Rental Return

Owners can choose for their villa to be included in the rental programme. Rental yields are forecast to be around 10% net of all charges and maintenance.

Furniture Package

A furniture pack is available for those wishing to enter the rental scheme and is price at 600,000 THB (circa £9,800) and a dressing pack for 250,000 THB (circa £4,500)

Maintenance and Rental Management:

The monthly rental fees are estimated to be 3000 THB (circa £55.00.)The rental management fee is 40% of gross rent – rental yields are expected to be 10%

Tenure

The tenure of these villas is leasehold - 90 years (3 x 30 years) and the leases are renewable.
