Pattaya is by far and away the main city to benefit from this growth and business travellers will increase on the huge tourist arrivals that the city already enjoys. Many new workers that this growth will attract will choose Pattaya as their city of choice to live in. Residential property prices are much lower in Pattaya than in Bangkok.
