Payment Schedule

1. $3,000 USD deposit on signing of Reservation Agreement
2. 35% payable on signing of contracts (less reservation fee)
3. 15% payable on completion of ground works
4. 25% payable on completion of superstructure
5. 20% once the roofs have been completed and start of Internal finishing
6. 5% payable 30 days after handover
