Location - The Sky Jomtien, Pattaya

The area around Pattaya is seeing significant investment to make it an alternative business hub to Bangkok. Local Thai’s as well as overseas investors are rushing to buy in Pattaya to take advantage of the enormous rental prospects, the low pricing and ongoingcapital appreciation in Pattaya as the city continues to develop and evolve into a cosmopolitan beachside metropolis.
