Location

Koh Samui, for those who are unfamiliar, is the pearl of Thailand’s many tourist destinations. The island is just 206km2 and is blessed with mountains, waterfalls, coconut groves and sandy beaches, not to mention some of the world’s finest 5 and 6 star hotels such as the Six Senses Evason Hideaway, the Four Seasons Samui and the stunningly luxurious Anatara. The island is also home to designer boutiques and some very sophisticated restaurants are bars which are popular with the well heeled weekenders from Hong Kong and Singapore and those discerning holiday makers from Europe, in particular with Scandinavians who have chosen Samui as their number 1 destination worldwide.

Development on Samui has been gradual and well planned, there are no high rise hotels on the beaches (or just about anywhere) and the regional government stringently controls all new projects and makes sure they pass the tough Environmental Impact Assessment. Also critical to note, although Samui is very much deemed the 5 star luxury capital of South East Asia, it certainly hasn’t lost any of its genuine Thai charm.

The project is situated on the north of the island, nestled into the foothills of Samui’s mountainous region. The project land was chosen for its panoramic views down to Bophut Bay.
