Prices are as follows:
- 2 bedroom apartments of 158m2 of living space from 7,250,000 Thai Baht (circa £103k)
- 2 bedroom penthouses of 333m2 living space from 9,975,000Thai Baht (circa £142k)
- VIP 3 bedrooms penthouses of 169m2 living space from 9,770,000 Thai Baht (circa £139k)
- VIP 3 bedroom penthouses of 204m2 from 11,550,000 (circa £165k)
- VIP 3 bedroom penthouses of 369m2 from 14,200,000 (circa £202k)
Stage payments
The payment schedule for purchasers of properties in Siranya is as follows:
- £1000.00 (or equivalent value) deposit - this is fully refundable in any event
- 20% upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (after satisfactory due diligence) - these funds will be held in escrow until construction begins at the latest in Jan 2008
- 20% upon completion of the roof height of the buiding
- 20% upon the completion of 'lock up' stage of the property (when the doors and windows have been fitted)
- 40% upon completion and approval of the completed property
Legals
The tenure of all properties is leasehold, with 3 x 30 year back to back leases available for foreign buyers with an unequivocal option to convert to freehold at any given time upon request. The leasehold contract is renewable.
