Prices are as follows:


 

Stage payments

The payment schedule for purchasers of properties in Siranya is as follows:

  1. £1000.00 (or equivalent value) deposit - this is fully refundable in any event
  2. 20% upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (after satisfactory due diligence) - these funds will be held in escrow until construction begins at the latest in Jan 2008
  3. 20% upon completion of the roof height of the buiding
  4. 20% upon the completion of 'lock up' stage of the property (when the doors and windows have been fitted)
  5. 40% upon completion and approval of the completed property

 

 

Legals

The tenure of all properties is leasehold, with 3 x 30 year back to back leases available for foreign buyers with an unequivocal option to convert to freehold at any given time upon request. The leasehold contract is renewable.
