Payment Schedule
$2,000 usd reservation fee (fully refundable in any event up to 30 days)
40% * upon signing the Sale and Purchase Agreements (at which point the property title is
registered to you and your villa is turned over to the rental management scheme)
60% as a non status mortgage for up to 10 years with no penalties for lump sum payments at
any given time and no penalty for early settlement

Rental Return and Management Fee
