Rental Return
The Infinity Hotel Scheme - is a hassle-free rental programme, rendering annual returns of 30% profits generated by services offered by the hotel. This is net of expenses such as maintenance, insurance, utilities, wear and tear etc.
Free usage
Owners are very welcome to 30 days per year complimentary stay at Infinity Samui.
Maintenance and Sinking Fund
There will be a professional estate management team appointed on-site to provide the following services; 24-hour estate security system, Building exterior maintenance, Pest control, Management and cleaning of common and swimming pools, Landscaping, Building accountancy, Engineering services, management of common facilities, etc.

Tenure
The tenure of these villas is leasehold - 90 years (3 x 30 years) and the leases are renewable. In addition the owners of Infinity have optimal control over the land holding company of the entire project through a structure of share ownership in same company.
