The Estate
There are only 6 villas in the Headland all of which are simply outstanding and have been meticulously planned and designed for privacy and to nestle in almost unnoticed with their beautiful surroundings. The common areas are delightfully picturesque and the ocean views and the private beach are stunning.
While redeveloping the estate, extreme care has been taken to preserve the abundant flora and fauna that exist on the headland, and to reconstruct the properties so that they blend with the landscape.
Villa owners can enjoy the services of a qualified English speaking estate manager and an experienced villa management team. Twenty four hour security, garden maintenance, common area maintenance and villa exterior cleaning are included in the management charge and additional services such as maid service, in-villa spa treatments, grocery shopping are all at your effortless disposal.
