Based on our findings from current research with our legal and ministerial contacts in Cambodia, the tenure we prefer for our foreign buyers is 99 years leasehold with an irrevocable option to convert to freehold at any given time.

Given the massive profits that these properties offer to investors, the legal fees are comparatively very small. We always would insist that our clients do not bypass the due diligence phase as it is extremely necessary to ensure the title is unencumbered.
Please let us know if you would like us to take a unit off the market on your behalf. We can hold a unit free of charge for 5 working days. If you decide to proceed, you will then be required to pay 10% of the property price - this amount stays in the lawyers trust account until full due diligence has been completed.
