*If you would like us to hold back a unit whilst you take some time out for research there is no charge for us to do this. I can hold a villa for up to two weeks without any commitment and then after that you would need to pay a refundable deposit of just 1k euro to keep on holding the property for a further 30 days. As the project is selling so quickly this maybe something you'd like to consider if the investment opportunity does interest you.
**Also, if you prefer the one bedroom properties but would like to add a private pool, we can do this for just 14k euro - worth the extra investment we feel.
Legal Ownership
There are no restrictions on foreign ownership at Design Square – investors may buy in their own names on a 120 years lease (this is 4 x 30 year lease terms back to back) and will also benefit from being given a one-eighth share of the freehold so they can control their own lease renewals in perpetuity. |
