Payment Schedule
$1000 fully refundable reservation fee (there may be a small admin fee involved in retuning the deposit)
10% after mortgage approval and due diligence – signing of contracts
10% paid by the developer

Rental
The rental return is anticipated to be 7% net. If the yield is 7% or more (which it easily should be) then the purchase is cash positive!
